exciting new 2009 cooking class calendar with gusto. Each month
Executive Chef, Luca Ciano, will be working his magic in the
kitchen to showcase 10 of Italy's diverse food and wine renowned
areas including Tuscany, Lombardy and Emilia Romagna. Each class
will feature a special guest chef, importer or food personality,
depending on the region, and 2.5 hours of Italian-style fun and
cooking... and eating!
